Q: WHO IS YASMIN LANE IN HER OWN WORDS? A: A Sagittarius who is still super close to my group of girlfriends from Sri Aman High School in PJ. I’ve lived in a few cities, Kota Bharu, London, Bandung, Paris, but the city I love most is undoubtedly Kuala Lumpur. This is where I focus a lot of my love & attention to. I’m an urbanist/urban planner by day, I advocate for accessible mobility & safer roads, promote walking & cycling and love working with communities to push for better cities. I live with my husband & 2 cats and have been lucky to carve out a car-lite lifestyle. I’m embracing my 30s finding pathways to better understand myself to be able to contribute & support the communities around me. I’m an avid reader, I love the sea especially the Malaysian east coast and I’m also really into cake.
