Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

Provide information about products, services, and order status.

Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to customer challenges.

Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

Stay informed about product updates and changes.

Communicate with customers to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or issues.

Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer service database.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and data protection.
Additions:

Working hours 9:00am to 6:00pm, Weekday (Normal Days)

Working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Weekday (Ramadhan)

Weekend work may be required occasionally.
Qualifications:

High School, Diploma, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.

Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
