I LOVE LINEN. Love how it gets all wrinkly in the heat and fuss of the day, each crease a little nugget of a story of my body’s movement. Comfort and versatility is so important to me when adding to my wardrobe.
This blouse delivers on all accounts. This was my once a year buy completely brand new choice for 2022. I got the Sand colour way after much deliberation — building an intentional slow wardrobe is just that, intentional— and no regrets! I’ve worn this countless times, and it takes to versatile styling so well!
Leather sandals and cocoon trousers ✅.
A skirt and bright technical sneakers ✅.
For an impromptu tahlil with a vintage selendang ✅.
The comfort can’t be beat, linen keeps you cool when you’re warm and warm when you’re cold. The natural gradient in the Sand colour way, some might call imperfect but I adore it. The texture and weave of slight darker fibres randomly just speaks of the history of the fabric and each time I wear it, gratitude to the makers. With proper garment care, this is a definite heirloom piece and I see myself loving it for many years to come. My 7 yo twin daughters have already asked, “Mama to please keep this for me!”
