It was a world chocolate day recently and Whimsigirl
had to celebrate it with going to the chocolate farm. So as a chocolate enthusiast we took a trip to Chocolate Concierge's cocoa farm. This flavourful journey begins with lush greenery surrounding us, as far as eyes can see.
Inside these rugby ball-shaped pods are white cacao beans
The beans are then fermented at a controlled time and temperature. The fermentation process takes up to two weeks.
with close monitoring to the quality of the beans.

It was such a fascinating experience for us to see how the cocoa beans can grow so well in Malaysia's climate.
