Let's make Beef Stroganoff!
🧅Ingredients
500gm Beef (tenderloin / batang pinang)
1 Cup Mushroom
1/2 Cup Shallot
1 Tablespoon Miso Paste
1 Tablespoon Mustard
1 Cup Sour Cream
400ml Beef Stock
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Paprika
Salt to taste
2 Tablespoon Parsley.
Marinate (Beef)
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
Instruction
1. Marinate Beef for 10 mins
2. Heat up butter & olive oil in a pan, sear the beef just till its brown, and set it aside.
3. On the same pan, cook mushroom till its brown, add shallots and cook till translucent.
4. Add miso & mustard, then pour the beef stock. Make sure you scrap all the brown bits on the surface of the pan.
5. On low heat, add the sour cream and stir till well combined, then add the cooked beef. Don't cook for too long otherwise the beef will overcook.
6. Add black pepper, paprika & salt to taste. Don't forget to taste it! (secukup rasa)
7. Garnish with Parsley.
Serve with pasta / rice / mashed potatoes.
