The easiest no-bake cookies you need to make, especially for those of you who are still busy receiving open-house guests for Eid! 🥰
Think of the traditional cornflake cookie, but in a chewy-crunchy form, and much quicker to make. They’re also a source of protein and fibre, and taste super chocolatey
For ~30 mini cookies:
Instructions
1. Whisk all the ingredients except the oats until smooth
2. Stir in the oats and mix till combined
3. Scoop the batter onto a lined baking sheet (I like using a mini ice cream scoop for this) and chill in the freezer for 30 min
4. Store them in the fridge and serve chilled
