Admin and HR Assistant

As an Admin and HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the administrative and human resource functions are managed efficiently. Your keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and communication skills will be instrumental in supporting our team and maintaining a productive work environment.

We are looking for an organised and trustworthy person to join our team and support the smooth operation of our growing business.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements for all team member

  • Maintain and organize filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure efficient record-keeping

  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages

  • Provide support for office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, meals and maintaining inventory

  • Communicate and coordinate ordinary inspection & licensing from Government, Customs, City Council and other public Administration.

  • Prepare timesheets for part-time and fulltime employees. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate with Bahasa Malaysia and English.

  • Trustworthy and dependable

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with a track record of providing excellent administrative support

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work

  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
