Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

- Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to customer challenges.
- Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer service database.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and data protection.
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
