Customer Service Representative

 

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • Provide information about products, services, and order status.

  • Address and resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to customer challenges.

  • Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders.

  • Stay informed about product updates and changes.

  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on their inquiries, orders, or issues.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the customer service database.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to customer service and data protection.

     

Additions:

  • Working hours 9:00am to 6:00pm, Weekday (Normal Days)

  • Working hours 8:00am to 5:00pm, Weekday (Ramadhan)

  • Weekend work may be required occasionally.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School, Diploma, or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

  • Familiarity with customer service software and systems is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
