What you'll be doing:

Ensure the shopping environment is always warm, helpful, pleasant, and genuine. Make sure interactions between customers and technology are smooth and easy. Find and use creative ways to go beyond customer expectations. Serve as an in-store guide to guarantee customer satisfaction at all times. Keep high customer experience ratings and feedback on service evaluations.

 

Sales Generation

• Consistently surpass both personal and store sales targets by actively engaging customers to build a loyal clientele and enhance repeat business.

 

Operations

• Contribute to smooth store operations by maintaining facility upkeep, presentation, and organization.

 

Merchandising/Visual

• Support the merchandising presentation strategy and uphold brand standards consistently on the selling floor.

 

People & Culture:

• Show commitment to self-awareness and personal growth. Embrace Whimsigirl's values and culture in all actions. Maintain a positive attitude and approach tasks with enthusiasm, regardless of size or complexity.

What you'll need

• Have at least 6 months of experience in a dynamic retail setting.
• Show commitment to customer satisfaction and enhancing their experience.
• Be familiar with using desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and digital technology.

 

Addition

• Additionally, serve as an expert resource by offering insights on the brand and addressing key customer concerns, collaborating with colleagues to offer assistance.
• Take a leadership role among peers, consistently delivering top-tier results in sales and customer experience.

 

Full Time, Salaried- Hours

• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days per week, weekends included.
• Able to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, & holidays if required to meet the needs of the business).
• References required.
