Do I earn points on sale items or promotions?
Yes, points are earned on sale items unless otherwise stated.


Can I earn points on shipping or taxes?
Points are awarded only on the product total, excluding shipping fees and taxes.

 

Can I earn points on past purchases?

No, you will start earning points on the day you sign up for the new and improved Whimsigirl Rewards.

 

Can I transfer points from different accounts?

No, points are not transferable.

 

Can I earn points for purchases made in-store and online?
Yes, points can be earned both in-store and online as long as you use the same registered account.

 

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?
Points will typically appear in your account within 48 hours after your order has been fulfilled. 

 

Will my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 months after the date you earned it. We will send you a reminder before they expire!

How long does VIP tier last?
Your VIP tier status is set 12 months according to the calendar year. Meaning 1 January to 31 December.

 

Will I earn points if I pay with store credit or gift cards?
Points are not earned on purchases made with store credit, gift cards, or when purchasing gift cards. 

 

I live outside Malaysia. Can I still join Whimsigirl Rewards?

Whimsigirl Rewards is open to everyone, no matter where you are located. Enjoy the benefits from anywhere in the world!

 

I cancelled my order — what happens to my points?

Points earned on cancelled or refunded orders will be removed from your account once processed. If you cancel an order where points were redeemed, those points will not be returned to your account.


Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my points for rewards?
Simply log into your account, browse available rewards, and apply them at checkout. For in-store purchases, just inform our team members!

What can I redeem my points for?
Points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, and more, depending on your tier!

Do I need a minimum number of points to redeem?
Yes, you will need at least 100 points to start redeeming rewards.

Can I use multiple rewards in a single purchase?
No, only one reward can be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.

Can rewards be combined with other discounts or promotions?
Rewards can typically be combined with sale items but cannot be stacked with other discount codes.

Are rewards refundable or exchangeable?
No, rewards redeemed with points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.


Tiers and Benefits

What are the different tiers of Whimsigirl Rewards?
The program consists of three tiers: Minimalist (Tier I), Essentialist (Tier II), and Individualist (Tier III). Each tier unlocks exclusive perks as you earn more points.

 

How do I upgrade to a higher tier in Whimsigirl Rewards?

Your tier is based on total points earned in a calendar year. Once you earn the required points, you will automatically move to the next tier.

 

  • Minimalist: This is your starting tier when you first sign up.

  • Essentialist: Upgrade to this tier after spending RM501 within the same year.

  • Individualist: Reach this tier after spending RM1,501 within the same year. 

 

Will my tier status expire?
Yes, to maintain your current tier, you will need to meet the minimum spending requirement within one calendar year, 1 January to 31 December of the current year. If you do not , your tier status will be adjusted accordingly.

 

What happens if I do not maintain my tier status?
If you do not earn enough points within a year, you will move down a tier, but you will still enjoy rewards based on your new tier.

How can I redeem my tier’s reward once I have upgraded?
Once you have ungraded, visit your Rewards profile and click on the available rewards panel. Select your reward, copy the code and paste it at the discount/gift card section of the checkout page. 

Please note that exclusive Tier II & III items can only be redeemed online. Cash vouchers can be redeemed for online or in-store purchases.

Can I redeem my reward immediately after upgrading?
Rewards can be used once your points reflect in your account, which usually takes 36-48 hours after completing your purchase. 

Why I cannot add my Tier II or Tier III reward to my cart? 
Make sure you have successfully upgraded to a new tier! Once you are in the right tier, you can redeem your reward without needing to make an additional purchase—standard shipping rates apply. 


Managing My Account

How can I check my points balance?
Log into your account online or ask our in-store team to check your current balance and tier status.

 

What should I do if my points are not showing up?
If your points do not appear within 48 hours, please contact our customer service team with your purchase details.

 

Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and must be used by the account holder.

 

How do I update my account details?
You can update your information by logging into your account on our website.

 

Can I change my birthdate?
No, once your birthdate is entered, it cannot be changed.

 

What happens if I forget my login details?
You do not need any password to log into your account. Simply enter your email and you will receive a special code to access your account!
