Shipping Charges and Delivery Information

Purchases completed before 12PM of each day will be processed, carefully packed and dispatched/shipped out within the same day. We will email a tracking code to you once our delivery guy picks up your item(s). You can use this tracking code to check the whereabouts of your parcel.

We’d like to note that shipping duration may take longer than usual during festive seasons and/or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.

Also, all international orders are subject to their respective country's customs and import duty fees. Your customs and import duty fees will be determined by the country of import upon arrival of your order based on your product value. These fees are not included in your Whimsigirl oder and shipping cost. All customs and import duty fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.

*For PRE-ORDER purchases: Goods will be shipped from the mentioned date in the description section of the product page, in a chronological order.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

First of all, thank you for shopping with us and we hope you’ll love everything you ordered from us as much as we love creating them for you! However, if something is not quite right, we’re here to help :)

Returns in Exchange for Store Credit

We do not have a refund policy, but you may return any products in exchange for store credit in full amount within 14 days from receiving the items.

  • You will have to submit a refund request at our returns centre
  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit.
  • If your returns are approved, then your refund in store credit will be processed and an email will be sent to you within 3 working days.
  • Please note that your refund in store credit is not inclusive of the shipping cost.

 

Exchange to A Different Size, Color or Design

If you have bought the wrong size or color, you may exchange them within 14 days from receiving the items (subject to stock availability). All products must be presented in their original packaging (including the box and merchandises packaged together with your item), not used, in sellable condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed email receipt.

If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the price difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.

  • We offer free exchange for ONE time only (within Malaysia only). You’ll have to bear the cost for shipping any additional exchanges.
  • Singapore customers can send your exchange items to our Singapore address but you'll have to bear the shipping cost.
  • You will have to submit an exchange request at our returns centre
  • Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and you may proceed with sending us back the original item, subject to approval and stocks availability. Please note that if the item that you want to exchange with is out of stock when your exchange is being processed, we will offer a full refund in store credit instead.

Sales Items

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sale items purchased during any sale. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
