Shipping Charges and Delivery Information
All orders are dispatched and shipped out after a purchase is complete. Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance. A tracking code will be emailed to you once your items get picked up by our delivery guy, so you can always check on their whereabouts.
*For PRE-ORDER purchases, the goods will be shipped from the mentioned date in the description section of the product page in a chronological order.

P.S. Our delivery guys do not work on weekends so all order received from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
First of all, thank you for shopping with us and we hope you will love everything you order from us as much as we love creating them! However, if something is not quite right, we are here to help!
Returns in Exchange with Store Credit
We do not have a refund policy, but you may return your bought items in exchange with store credit in full amount within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit.
- If your returns are approved, then your refund in store credit will be processed and an email will be sent to you in 3 working days.
Exchange to A Different Size, Color or Design
If you have bought the wrong size or color, you may exchange them within 14 days of purchase date (subject to stocks availability). All products must be presented in their original packaging, not used, in sellable condition accompanied by the original receipt or a printed email receipt.
If your exchanged items is of greater value than the original item, you will be charged for the difference. However, if your exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be credited for the difference.
- Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and you may proceed with sending us back the original item, subject to approval and stocks availability. Please note that if the item that you want to exchange it with is out of stock when your exchange is being processed, we will offer a full refund of store credit instead.

We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our Sale period. Items purchased during our Sale period are final.
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact email@example.com with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you received, as well as your order number. We will take care of you!
