The primary responsibility of a Social Media Strategist is to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the overall brand direction and marketing objectives of Whimsigirl.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing social media content calendars to ensure consistent and timely posting across all platforms.
• Developing engaging and relevant content tailored to the interests and preferences of the target audience.
• Monitoring social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and engagement opportunities.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Utilizing social media analytics tools to track performance metrics and generate reports that inform future strategies.
• Staying informed about emerging social media trends and technologies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital marketing.

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Well versed in fashion, branding and social media.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
